2012 London Olympics Opportunities for Locals

In order to inspire and inform the local residents and school children, Chair of LOCOG, London 2012 Organising Committee, Seb Coe recently had a meeting with them. His main objective is to inform all the local inhabitants regarding the opportunities related to upcoming London Olympic Games.
During the job brokerage session held in Greenwich, Seb Coe met all the local people to inform them about the upcoming opportunities of London Olympics Games. South East London Chamber of Commerce (SELCC) has organized this session. Clients from all over boroughs of Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and Bexley have attended this event.

In the upcoming 13 months, LOCOG will create thousands of jobs and encourage contractors and supporters for sponsorships. Seb Coe stated, “We have a challenging year ahead as we bring to life and test all the Games-time operational plans that have been developed and fine tuned over the last five years. Employing people with the right skills sets to help us with this work, coupled with an understanding of the area we are operating in is a win-win. I hope the residents I met today consider working with us.”
