Jamaican sprinter Steve Mullings who is a training partner of American record holder Tyson Gay has been recently convicted of a second doping offence. In the first time of his career, 28 year old has been dipped under 10 second barrier for 100 metres. He repeated this feat for six times and has been found guilty of taking furosemide by three man disciplinary panel in Kingston.
During the Jamaican World Championship, he has been tested positive. On Monday, his punishment will be announced. Interestingly, he is also facing lifetime ban and serving two year suspension in the year 2004 for taking testosterone.
