2012 London Olympics Shop at Stansted Airport

Upcoming 2012 London Olympics is already a big craze among the sports lovers! People from all over the world are looking for this stunning event with baited breath. At the London Stansted Airport, LOCOG, London Organising Committee of Olympic and Paralympic Games has opened its latest shop.



With this shop, international and domestic travelers will be given the opportunity to buy merchandise from departure lounge before flying from airport. Simon Lilley, Head of LOCOG stated, “This latest shop opening offers an increased opportunity for London 2012 to connect to UK travellers and international visitors, offering them a great chance to take home a piece of the Games. The range of products on offer is huge and the diversity really means there is something for everyone – from pocket-money toys to collectables.”

All across the capital, five shops of 2012 London Olympics have been positioned along with online shop. Before Christmas, shops will be opened at John Lewis Stratfors City and Heathrow Terminal 3.

London 2012 merchandise seems to generate revenue of around £80 million for the funding of spectacular games.
