For the bidding of Olympic Stadium, West Ham and Tottenham have delayed their new deadline. Olympic Park Legacy Company are looking for clarifications by 3rd February. In order to get detailed information from two clubs, selection of preferred bidder has been delayed as stated by OPLC.
All the financial agreements and guarantees need to be clarified by both the clubs. Olympic Stadium will be adapted for football and it will cost around £100 million, which includes £35 million public money and £40 million loan.
With the sale of White Hart Lane, Tottenham has quite same preparations. The Daily Telegraph also quoted that there were some exploratory talks regarding ground sharing in Olympic Stadium between Tottenham and Leyton Orient.
