On Day 36 of the London 2012
Olympic Torch Relay, Olympic Gold medallist Sir Chris Hoy will be carrying the
Olympic Flame in Manchester.

36 year old Scot is the ambassador
of Lloyds TSB. He has also been chosen for his participation to cycling and for
influencing young people to participate in sporting event as Lloyds TSB
National School Sport Week.

14 year old Alice Kelly will be
the first torch bearer from Warrington. She will begin with the flame at Royal
Lytham and St Anne’s Golf Club. For making a trip to Gambia, Alice has been
selected for raising £1,200.
This will let her deliver a peer
education programme in the community as well as schools in the developing
country. 25 year old Carl Tilson will be the last torchbearer from Manchester. He
will carry flame into evening celebration in Albert Square.

On Day 36, the Flame will mark
visit through following communities, which includes Warton, Preston, Blackburn,
Accrington, Burnley, Crawshawtooth, Reedsholme, Rawtenstall, Rochdale, Heywood,
Bury, Whitefield, Prestwich, Higher Broughton and Cheetham Hill. 164
torchbearers will carry the torch.
